  • Strengthen Data-Informed Student Success (FSU Goal 2)
    • We will promote evidence-based leadership to support student success. By delivering timely and accurate reporting, we aim to provide targeted analytics that align with the institution's strategic goals and program priorities. Through a focus on student-centered outcomes and strategic alignment, we will drive measurable improvements across all areas of the university.
  • Advance Institutional Excellence and Accountability (FSU Goals 1 & 5)
    • We will prioritize efforts to strengthen institutional and program rankings by strategically aligning key metrics and identifying peer institution groupings for benchmarking and improvement. Ensuring timely and accurate compliance reporting will maintain regulatory standards and build trust in our data. Promoting accountability through clear, transparent reporting processes will reinforce confidence in institutional data, ensuring it supports long-term excellence and measurable outcomes.
  • Optimize Transparency and Accessibility of Analytics (FSU Goals 1, 3, & 5)
    • We will enhance data analytics by improving access, preservation, and governance to ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliability. By prioritizing clear, transparent reporting processes and delivering scalable, user-friendly data products, we will provide actionable insights that enable stakeholders to make informed decisions.
